    Default cruise and blast

    i hear alot of people talking about this cruise and blast, how does this work and what type of gear can you be on, need help understanding this and is this better than doing a 12 week on and 12 week off

    basically guys that do this are on year round with the cruise being the lower dose (more like hrt) with blasts that add higher dosages of test and the addition of other anabolics and orals.

    can u give an example, so i would be on sus 250 like 250 wkly for how long and then blast up 750 wkly wit dbol for 4 weeks for how long, is this something like it

    I don't have experience cruising and blasting, but from what I've seen as far as logs of it that seems to be about it. not quite sure about the sustanon though because of all the different esters. if you only inject 250mg it once a week it could lead to hormonal level imbalances and thus more side effects like acne and whatnot. maybe cruise and blast with test e, but once again I'm not an expert on cruising and blasting. hopefully someone can chime in here as well.

    yes its something like that, but it doesnt needs to be run for year round.

    i usually do that with 2 cycles with a cruise of 8weeks inbetween them.
    here an example of what im doing now.

    Wks 1-6: Dbol 60mg ED (Blue Hearts)
    Wks 1-15: Test E 750mg EW (Iranians)
    Wks 1-12: Deca 550mg EW (Axio Labs)

    Wks 16-23: 250mg Test E (CRUISE)

    Wks 24-29: T-BOL 80mg ED (Global Anabolics)
    Wks 24-38: Test E 750mg EW (Iranians)
    Wks 24-34: Tren E 400mg EW (Axio Labs)

    will run HCG at 500IU/wk during the cycle and 50mg/day of clomid during the cruise. works well for me and i've recovered from a even longer 'ON' period than the above. PCT will start around week 40 with Nolva and clomid.

    the reason for me to cruise is, the gains are kept so much easily rather than coming off

    wow impressive plan. And I believe you are around 220lb? and how tall?

    I'm wondering if thne poster means somwthing like a doggcrapp blast and cruise..These are usually very short cycles of 4-6 and sometimes 8 weeks on and then a cruise using higher amounts of gear then you normally would during the blast...This is why the call it a blast cause of the heavy gear use...I've never seen a blast and crusie cycle longer then what i just posted..what you have listed is a typical cycle using HRT in Between just to give yourself a break.

    I like the idea of doing it (cruise/blast) with higher gear during the higher intensity workouts and lower gear for the break inbetween. Is that what you mean?

    im around 235lbs with my gym attire on and im around 5'11

    if cruise = higher gear amount then blast = an even higher gear amount?
    all i know cruise and blast is something that i mention with a HRT dose(so called cruise) inbetween 2 real cycles.

    the plan have been working for me and my buddies, easy recovery and you get to keep most of your gains after the first cycle, im doing that as both are bulkers and im taking this year off from competing to further improve. i'll come off around mid year with a solid pct then looking forward to a contest prep cycle end of the year.

    yeah I think so. I guess if you had high gear when not training so hard you would keep more muscle, but it just does'nt sound right. I like to be balls to the wall or not, nothing inbetween.

    Hit the weights hard when taking higher amounts of gear and then when you cruise, you do just that cruise...Take it easy on the weights and gear and give yourself a break on all that pounding of food also..I just came off a 4 week cycle and time to cruise for 4 weeks..I'll still lift but instead of 5 days a week it will be 2-3 days a week keeping the weight as high as i can but with less reps and sets. When I pound the weights hard i go to failure on everything..When i cruise i cut it short 2-3 reps.

    ah yes this is exactly what thought it was. really seams to make the most sence. but I do remember starting out and I was 27 at the time and I could train 3 hours at a time 6 days a week and I grew fast. that only lasted for about 2 years, and I cut it back, now I know what my body needs.
